1. Authenticity guarantee: Every item we sell is an officially authorised, genuine product. Should a counterfeit ever be found, we refund ten times the purchase price.
2. Dispatch times: In-stock orders placed before 16:00 on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped on the next business day.
3. Discreet packaging: All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes with neutral shipping labels. No product names, brands or sensitive store information appear on the outside of the package.
4. Returns and exchanges: For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
5. Quality issues: If your item arrives damaged, leaking or incomplete, please take photos or a short video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will reply within 24 hours and send a free replacement or exchange.
6. Wrong or missing items: If you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing, please keep the outer packaging and packing slip and contact us. Once verified, we will reship the correct item at our cost as quickly as possible.
7. Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
