- Carrier selection: We automatically select the fastest local express courier available in your country/region to ensure the quickest final delivery.
- No extra cost: Standard shipping is 100% free for all destinations. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for urgent orders (if supported in your area).
Pre-checkout steps (applies to both payment methods)
Complete these first before selecting your payment method.
- Review Your Cart — Confirm items, quantities, and your selected currency. The order total shown at checkout is the final price — standard shipping is already free, no additional delivery fees will be added.
- Fill in Shipping Information — Enter your full recipient name, street address, city, postal code, and active contact phone number. The local courier may call you to coordinate delivery, so please ensure your number is correct and reachable.
- Choose Shipping Option
- Free Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch (recommended for most orders).
- Expedited Shipping (optional, additional fee): Faster delivery window, available for select regions. Price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Option 1: Visa credit / debit card payment flow
This is a direct card checkout processed via our secure payment gateway. All Visa cards (credit, debit, and prepaid) from all countries are supported.
Step-by-step process
- Select “Credit / Debit Card” — On the checkout page, choose the card payment option, and confirm Visa as your card type.
- Enter card details exactly as printed — Fill in the information below — typos or mismatches are the top cause of payment declines:
- 16-digit card number
- Expiry date (MM/YY format)
- 3-digit CVV security code (on the back of the card)
- Full cardholder name (no nicknames or abbreviations)
- Verify your billing address
- The billing address must match the address your bank has on file for this Visa card.
- A mismatched postal code or street address will trigger an automatic decline for cross-border orders.
- If your billing address differs from your shipping address, select “Use a different billing address” and enter the correct registered address.
- Complete 3D Secure (3DS) identity verification
- For security, nearly all international Visa cards require an extra 3D Secure check.
- You will be redirected to your bank’s official verification page.
- Confirm the payment via SMS code, mobile banking app notification, or your online banking password.
- Do not close the browser tab or navigate back during this step, or the payment will fail.
- Payment confirmation & order placement
- After successful verification, you will be automatically redirected back to our store.
- The payment gateway will finalize the charge and generate your order instantly.
- You will land on the Order Success page with your unique order number.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email within 5 minutes.
Option 2: PayPal payment flow
PayPal lets you pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or linked Visa card — without sharing your card details directly with our store.
Step-by-step process
- Select “PayPal” at checkout — Choose PayPal as your payment method, then click Proceed to PayPal.
- Redirect to PayPal’s secure site — You will temporarily leave our store. Your cart total, items, and shipping address will be sent to PayPal automatically and securely.
- Choose how to pay on PayPal
- Pay with a PayPal account: Log in with your PayPal email and password.
- Pay as a guest (no PayPal account needed): Select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and enter your Visa card details directly on PayPal’s page.
- Review and confirm payment
- Double-check the order amount (includes free standard shipping), shipping address, and your selected funding source (PayPal balance or linked Visa card).
- Click Pay Now to complete the transaction.
- Return to our store
- Once payment is approved, PayPal will redirect you back to our website automatically.
- You will see the Order Success page with your order number.
- You will receive two confirmation emails: one from PayPal and one from our store.

How our free shipping works
- Automatic carrier matching — We don’t use a single universal courier. Instead, we automatically assign your order to the fastest and most reliable local express carrier for your specific destination, ensuring the quickest possible final delivery.
- Full tracking visibility — You will receive a unique tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can track progress anytime in your account → Order details, or directly on the courier’s official website.
- Delivery coordination
- The local courier may contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will typically leave a pickup notice and make a second attempt, or hold your package at a nearby collection point.
- If delivery is delayed
- If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after dispatch, first check your tracking number for real-time updates.
- Occasional delays due to customs clearance, remote areas, or public holidays are outside our control, but we will fully assist you. Contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
